This one was just a really cheeky long weekend road trip. My parents and my nephew and niece joined me for this foray into the searing heat of the Red Centre of Australia. Again, I think it was a fairly well balanced itinerary, I’d like to get back when the weather is cooler and I could hike more, but otherwise this itinerary was sufficient to see all the sights of Uluru. I’d also add on at least another week to explore Kings Canyon and the West MacDonnell Ranges.
